All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high-demand periods (such as launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within:

  • United Kingdom
  • Egypt

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Egypt

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and location.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions during special campaigns or on selected orders

5. Local Courier Delivery

All orders are shipped using trusted local courier services in each country:

  • UK orders are fulfilled via local UK couriers
  • Egypt orders are fulfilled via local Egyptian couriers

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) to follow your delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

BYKNZI is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

8. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • They may attempt redelivery or contact you
  • If the order is returned to us, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • We will investigate with the courier and assist you accordingly
